The "Conference on Battery Direct Recycling", initiated by the Fraunhofer Center for Electromobility Bavaria FZEB of the ISC, is intended to provide a network of stakeholders from research, industry and politics on the topics Design for Recycling, methods and processes in Direct Recycling, Digitization, Life Cycle Assessment as well as policy and market.

Visit us from November 13 - 14, 2024, at the Sustainable Industry Week in Cologne. We will be represented at the joint booth of the Fraunhofer Alliance Chemistry booth E62. There we present customized multifunctional catalysts that make processes more efficient and sustainable according to the principles of »green chemistry«. These innovative catalysts combine various functions in one particle, which greatly increases their efficiency . We look forward to seeing you there!

Visit the Fraunhofer Hydrogen Network booth C4 in Hall 11 at the European Hydrogen Week from November 18-21, 2024 in Brussels for an informative exchange about our know-how in the field of hydrogen. Together with other Fraunhofer institutes, the ISC presents groundbreaking innovations and solutions for the sustainable energy supply of the future.

SAVE THE DATE: Nanotechnology is a core technology utilized in numerous sectors. The 5th Symposium on Nanotechnology, organized by the German Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) and the Fraunhofer Nanotechnology Network FNT, will once again address the opportunities and risks associated with this rapidly evolving field. The two-day event at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research ISC in Würzburg will address a range of topics related to the application of nanotechnology in various sectors, including digitalization, 2D/3D printing, membranes, carbon-based and battery materials, and automotive applications.
