Conference / June 02, 2026 - June 03, 2026
99. Glass-Technology Conference
Connecting Industry and Academia
On June 2–3, 2026, glass researchers, industry experts, and young professionals will gather at the Congress Centrum Würzburg (Germany) to discuss the latest developments in glass science and technology – from structure and properties to novel glass compositions and applications, as well as modeling & AI, furnace technologies, sustainability, recycling, and forming.
Fraunhofer ISC provides the conference's Co-Programme Chairs with Prof. Miriam Unterlass and Rick Niebergall, contributes technical presentations to the scientific program, and showcases innovations in glass development at its own booth. Additionally, a guided lab tour of the Fraunhofer ISC facilities will be offered on June 1, 2026.
Lectures by Fraunhofer ISC
